This is a reminder that Hillsboro Public Schools has an early out tomorrow, Thursday, November 14th. The Elementary dismisses at 1:35 and the High School dismisses at 1:45. This is for Professional Development of our staff.

If you are going to Grafton for Regional Volleyball, please get your ticket online, but don't click the "Redeem" button. The ticket taker in Grafton will click "Redeem." Screen shots of tickets will not work. Good Luck Burros!

Special Congratulations to Charlotte Johnson for receiving the Superior Actor Award yesterday at the Regional One Act Play Contest. Also, the play can be viewed this evening or in the future on YourLiveEvent. It will be performed live tonight at 7:00 at HHS.

This is a reminder that there is no school in Hillsboro on Monday, November 11th in observation on Veteran's Day. Our Community Veteran's Day program can be found at this link. https://www.youtube.com/live/y1YaS2zGs-0?si=60YbFjcuWIwIrfTB

Congratulations to The One Act Play for tying for second place in their competition yesterday. An interesting thing about One Act Play scoring is that overtime isn't like it is in a basketball game. So, our play doesn't get to go to state. They did an awesome job! #BurroPride

This is a reminder that we have our Annual Community Veteran's Day Program tomorrow at 2:00 at the HEC. All are welcome to attend.

Tomorrow evening, before you go to the play, head over to the Vet's Club for the Wrestling Meatball Dinner. It starts at 5:00 and goes until 7:30. Sounds like a great date night! Supper and then a play!

Good luck to the One Act Play Troupe as they travel to Northwood today for their regional competition. The play will be performed one more time for the community tomorrow at 7:00 at HHS.

This is the final week of the pop top challenge. The buckets in the classrooms are beginning to get heavy!

The teachers appreciate the healthy snacks that were brought in this morning. Thank you!

We have an amazing kitchen staff!

First grade had a blast celebrating Halloween by doing various math activities with pumpkins! They worked on predicting, estimating, counting by 10’s, measurement, and weighing things. Nice work to all!

Congrats to HCV Cross Country on an awesome performance at the State Meet!
