Good Evening Hillsboro Families,
Due to the poor weather and visibility continuing throughout the night school and buses will be TWO HOURS LATE tomorrow, Tuesday, February 22nd.


This is the Hillsboro School. With the continued weather issues we will transition to e-learning today. All educators have communicated with our students and parents on how this will work at home. Please email your educator if you have any questions.


Due to the poor weather conditions school and buses will be two hours late today, Monday, February 21st.


With the possibility of bad weather hitting us…again…our educators are prepared to e-learn on Monday, February 21st if needed. School tomorrow so far is on and we would send out an alert if the school plans to do an e-learning day. If you DO NOT receive a message school IS in session tomorrow.

I hope everyone is staying warm today. Here are a few fun ideas for the afternoon. Build a blanket fort and read a book in it. Share a picture with your teacher. Have a snack or play a game in your fort. Watch an Olympic sport and figure out how they score it. Design a new winter Olympic sport with scoring.


Due to the blizzard and no travel advised Hillsboro School will be closed today, Friday, February 11th. There will be no after school activities.


FAMILY ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITY:
All Hillsboro students and parents (guardians) are invited on Sunday, February 20th from 2:00-4:00pm to the HEC for the movie Big Hero 6. Popcorn and snacks will be provided. Bring something comfy to lay on.
