Mr. Dryburgh will be reading today at 3:00. It is a book that will help a few people laugh, which we all know is the best medicine!

Mr. Dryburgh is currently in a meeting, I’ll send another message a few minutes before I read. It might not be until this afternoon.

Mr. Dryburgh plans to read many books this coming week. Tomorrow’s first book will be at 10:00.

The Governor of ND has announced all K12 Schools should close this week to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus. Only essential employees should report to work. This means your children should stay home and not gather with others. You should practice social distancing and limit the spread of germs to stay safe.

The Hillsboro School works hard to keep our kids safe during this Coronavirus outbreak. We hope you can help us by keeping your kids home from school when they are sick. Please encourage hand washing and not allowing sharing of food and drink. We are collaborating with the governor’s office, the Dept. of Health, local health officials, and ND DPI to help provide guidance in our daily school routines. At this time our schools will stay open and we will continue to provide a safe environment for all of our students and staff. A little excitement today outside the HS VoAg Shop as our meat smoker went up in flames. 🔥 Thank you for the quick response of the Hillsboro Fire Dept for taking care of it. Luckily we had an early out for PD and no kids were around. #TheKidsAreOK #SmallTown #NoMeatForYou
