Have you ever finished a great book and wanted to find more just like it? Or wanted to help your child find just the right book to read? Check out the available NoveList database link below with a library card from the State Library or your local library.

NoveList connects readers to their next book by making recommendations for what to read next. One of the most popular elements are read-alikes, which suggests titles that are "just like" other titles. Read-alikes are also available for authors and series.

DID YOU KNOW? At the High School the current assessment data for students in grades 7-10 show our students making yearly growth in all subject areas. Individual student growth gaps are being addressed in the classroom and after school power hour session. #BurroPride

The elementary school has been comparing data from the last 2 years. The only grade showing any decrease is our first graders. We attribute this to them not being in-person learning for the full year of kindergarten. Current 2nd gr - 6th gr have all made gains in reading & math when data is compared to last year - prior to the pandemic and 2 years ago. Students in K-12 are at 60% reading proficiency & 82% math proficiency. Our teachers have done a wonderful job filling in the gaps and getting our students “caught up” this 2020-2021 school year.
