Protocol for Winter Events (effective Saturday, Jan. 30^th, 2021)

JV/Varsity home events: (Show your pass upon entrance)

 Adults:  Admission: Adults-$7.00 Seniors 65+-$5.00

1. Families have 2 parents only passes.
2. Families have 4 guest passes.
3. Masks must be worn while at the event/please space out as much as possible.
4. Families will keep and use these passes for all home games until further notice.
5. At CV and the HEC, we will allow a maximum of 100 patrons to walk up to attend the game. (NO pass needed) (Note admission prices)

Students:  Admission: Students-$5.00

1. Students in grades 7-12 are allowed to attend home events. (No pass required)
2. Elementary students are not allowed to attend home events unless they use a family guest pass. Elementary students are expected to sit with parents.
3. Masks must be worn while at the event.

Visiting Parents/Fans: (Note admission prices)

1. Visiting schools will be allotted up to a maximum of 70 passes.
2. Masks must be worn while at the event.

Concessions:

1. Concession stand will be available during JV/Varsity events.
2. Please dispose of garbage properly and promptly put mask on when finished with any food or drink.
3. Masks must be worn in the lobby/concession area.

School Staff:

• 1.School staff are allowed to attend events.

JH Events:

1. No passes required.
2. Each family of a team member is allowed up to 8 family members to attend a game.
3. Visiting fans of a team member are allowed up to 6 family members to attend a game.
4. If you attend the 7^th grade game, arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before start time. Please leave when the 7^th grade game is finished.
5. If you attend the 8^th grade game, arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before start time. Let the fans from previous game exit the gym before going into the gym.
6. Masks must be worn while at the event.
